The censor board clears the accidental prime minister in Pakistan for release

The accidental Prime Minister, who deals with the tenure of former Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, was released in Pakistan with minor cuts, said the Central Film Censor Board of Pakistan (CBFC) on Tuesday.

The film will be released in the country on 18 January. ” The film was cleared with minor excisions, ” CBFC chief Danyal Gilani told IANS via social media. Jayantilal Gada of Pen, the presenter of the film, is pleased to announce the release of the film.

Gada of Pen, the film’s presenter, is glad the film is releasing in Pakistan. He said, “PEN Studios is happy to announce that our one-of-a-kind political film, The Accidental Prime Minister has got a green signal from Pakistan. Pakistani movie-goers will be able to enjoy the film.”

Kher recently made a statement on Indian audience saying that film criticism has become a big source of self-entertainment for Indians. Starring Anupam Kher as Manmohan Singh, the film, directed by Vijay Ratnakar Gutte is based on an eponymous book by Sanjaya Baru, who was the former Prime Minister’s media advisor.
