Shehbaz Sharif decides to challenge his name on ECL

The Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif decided next week to challenge the placement of his name in the Lahore High Court (LHC) on the Exit control list (ECL).

The Interior Ministry previously issued a notification concerning the Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) presidents foreign travel ban. The cabinet decided on a request from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Which released Shehbaz on bail from custody.

The LHC ordered Shehbaz Sharif to be released on February 15. The court said the NAB had failed to prove the allegations against the president of the PMLN in its remarks. Shehbaz Sharif never remained Ramzan Sugar Mills ‘ chief executive, LHC said.

Shehbaz said the truth once again prevailed and thanked God. He vowed that we will continue to appear before the courts. He claimed to leave politics once again if corruption was proven against him. The president of the PMLN also added that he had already said that the cases were based on lies and that everyone should be held accountable.
