The menu was meticulously researched for selection of dishes, aroma, taste and presentation, drawing directly from original recipes. As Mughals were fond of different kinds of meat, you can find a lot of meat dishes like; Sikandari Raan, Kastoori Kababs, Kakori Kababs and Roghan Josh to name a few.
